Her work has evolved alongside her life.
What began in the fitness and rehabilitation space has grown into a deeply practical, whole-person approach to health — supporting families to take ownership of their wellbeing through nutrition, nervous system support, mindset, and daily habits that fit real life.
Debbie’s current focus is Health Ownership for Real Families, with a strong passion for supporting families living with neurodivergence. Drawing on both professional training and lived experience, she helps parents and individuals create supportive routines, understand their bodies, and feel confident navigating health challenges without overwhelm.
She is a loving wife to her husband Wayne and mum to three incredible children aged 12, 13, and 14, all of whom bring unique needs and perspectives that continue to shape the way she works — with compassion, flexibility, and deep respect for individuality.
Debbie’s approach is grounded, supportive, and realistic — meeting people where they’re at and helping them build health that works for their family, their season, and their life.

Eating Well for the Family
Food has always been part of my story.
Growing up in a busy, sport-focused family, I learned early that food plays a vital role in how we feel, function, and perform. But as life unfolded, it became clear that nutrition wasn’t just about energy or fuel — it was foundational to health, healing, and resilience.
Our family has faced significant health challenges, particularly with our children. Through years of navigating seizures, gut issues, neurodivergence, and complex health needs, we learned — often the hard way — that food as medicine could be a powerful and supportive tool.
Eating Well for the Family is a collection of meals I’ve created over many years to support special dietary needs, sensitive systems, and real family life. These recipes were born out of necessity, refined through experience, and shaped by what actually works in a busy household.
Many of the positive changes we’ve seen in our children’s health and wellbeing have been supported by intentional nutrition. Today, they are thriving — and this book exists to offer other families hope, practical guidance, and nourishing food that supports healing and everyday life.
and Values
Mission
I believe in meeting people exactly where they’re at — without judgement, pressure, or expectation.
Health is personal, and everyone arrives with different experiences, capacities, and needs. My role is to offer support, guidance, and education in a way that feels respectful, safe, and grounded — not sales-driven or overwhelming.
I also believe in working with intention and mutual energy. I show up fully, thoughtfully, and consistently, and I meet people with the same level of openness and commitment they bring to the process. This creates a supportive partnership built on trust, honesty, and shared momentum.
At the heart of my work is health ownership — empowering individuals and families to understand their bodies, make informed choices, and move forward with confidence in a way that fits real life.
This work isn’t about fixing or convincing — it’s about supporting, educating, and walking alongside people as they build sustainable wellbeing on their own terms.
